Requirements

• Analyze data to understand process capability and monitor process trends
• Provide problem solving support to operations and maintenance
• Identify and manage process improvement and cost reduction projects
• Interface with operations personnel and various engineering groups
• Prepare cost justifications and capital requests for new equipment
• Oversee all aspects of bringing new equipment into production
• Develop maintenance/operator training documentation
• Establish/manage product qualification plans
• Support transfer of new cabling technology, materials, and processes from development to production
• Work with & train maintenance and support personnel
