Process Engineer

Improve existing manufacturing processes and capabilities, develop methods and processes to improve existing products, and support the implementation of new die technology and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Technology
• 1-3 years of engineering work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Technical competence and mechanical aptitude in machining process engineering
• Project leadership aptitude, including ability to achieve results through teams
• Demonstrated effectiveness at technical problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong use data analysis and interpretation to drive process improvements
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Practical experience with basic statistics, familiarity with advanced statistical methods
