Production Shift Supervisor

Corning is looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee 12-hour shift operations on a 4-3-3-4 schedule across one or more production areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance. The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing operations, quality, engineering, or operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in manufacturing operations; experience in high-volume or advanced materials manufacturing (e.g., solar or similar processes) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing production teams.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics and drive informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse workforce across multiple levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, electronic document management systems, and ERP platforms.
