Job Description
Owens Corning is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly production associates in a rotating shift environment. The successful candidate will have a strong safety-first mindset, results-driven approach, and ability to foster operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or military setting
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or related area preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Lean/TPM experience and knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to meet physical and environmental requirements of working in a manufacturing setting
