Job Description
Corning is seeking a Senior Counsel Mexico to lead legal counsel for the company in Mexico, primarily focused on the Optical Communications division. The role will involve supporting business units, mitigating legal and business risk, and providing collaborative legal support.
Requirements
- Mexican bar admissions
- J.D. or L.L.M. from an ABA accredited law school
- 7+ years combined experience as a practicing attorney at one or more top law firms, government agencies and / or in-house legal departments
- Demonstrated experience supporting a division or region across multiple areas of law
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in Mexican employment and labor law
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
