Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Counsel to provide expert legal advice and strategic support to various stakeholders within our assigned division, sub-division, region or COE. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a top-ranked institution, be licensed to practice law, and have 9+ years of experience practicing law. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Requirements
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic support to various stakeholders within assigned division, sub-division, region or COE
- Develop products / processes / standards with strategic focus
- Lead / contribute to large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance
- Collaborate with teams within the Law function to resolve high-level issues
- Manage, coach, mentor and train team members to ensure proper development
