As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will lead ServiceNow module implementation and configuration, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows
- Experience with integrations and data migration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong ITIL and digital transformation background
- Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects
