• Experience with integrations and data migration

• Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong ITIL and digital transformation background
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects
