Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in IT/systems roles within manufacturing or logistics environments, with direct interaction with the shop floor.
• Experience in MES and/or SAP support or operation in production and inventory processes.
• Proven experience in process digitalization (eliminating paper/Excel, automating workflows, system integration).
• Experience in internal web application development (stack according to company technology:.NET, Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI: connecting to multiple data sources, data modeling, KPI creation, and building dashboards for operations and management.
• Experience applying data analytics and preferably machine learning in industrial contexts
