Sr Mechanical Technician

This role involves supporting the Fibermaking platform equipment design and documentation, collaborating with teams to specify technology, and managing design reviews for equipment improvements. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical or Industrial technical degree, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault experience, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading small teams and projects for capital manufacturing equipment projects.

Requirements

• AS in Mechanical or Industrial technical degree (design/drafting, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading small teams and projects for capital manufacturing equipment projects or similar manufacturing experience
• Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault experience and proficient user
• Manufacturing Equipment design and development experience
• Technical proficiency to actively participate in the selection of technologies for a project and to support the project team in design activities
• Technical or Manufacturing leadership experience
• Familiarity with pneumatic components/controls
