Application Support Analyst

Corpay is looking for an Application Support Analyst to resolve escalated incidents with new and legacy applications, collaborating with development teams when necessary. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with the employee working out of the Louisville, KY office location once a month.

Requirements

• Analyzing application systems and diagnosing issues
• Planning, investigating and proposing systems and application solutions
• Creating and updating user manuals and other documentation
• Proposing and documenting changes to existing programs
• Conducting training and presentations
• Supporting existing applications
