Job Description
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Field Sales Representative based in Southern IL. This position falls within our Fleet line of business and reports directly to the Field Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Prospecting, cold-calling, and generating new business opportunities with middle-market commercial accounts
- Leading consultative sales conversations to uncover prospect goals, challenges, and needs
- Presenting and demonstrating solutions that align with customer needs and deliver clear value
- Partnering with internal teams (pricing, legal, risk, etc.) to close deals and ensure smooth implementation
- Managing pipeline and forecasts accurately within Salesforce
- Building and maintaining a professional network to support consistent pipeline growth
- Actively participating in sales planning, events, and campaigns
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales/revenue targets
- Engaging in ongoing professional development through coaching and feedback
- Maintaining compliance with company processes, standards, and requirements
