Key Account Manager

Corpay is looking for a Key Account Manager to support retention, client satisfaction, and issue resolution for assigned accounts in the North American Trucking division. The role involves working with clients to understand and resolve issues related to products and services. Key responsibilities include developing strategic growth plans, leading regular check-ins, and making recommendations to clients regarding account changes and support needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of call center or customer service experience required
• Prior experience in account management or client-facing roles preferred
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
