Job Description
CORPAY is looking to hire a Senior Instructional Designer to work on the Learning Design division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials and performance support resources for the global revenue teams. The role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational development, as well as experience in applying methodologies such as ADDIE and/or SAM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Web Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational development
- Experience developing scenario-based, experiential, and practice-based learning
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud
