We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Instructional Designer to join our HR Learning & Development team. Your primary focus will be leveraging content authoring tools to design and develop interactive and impactful learning experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design (or related field) or equivalent related experience.
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning design, and content development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Experience with technical subjects is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in using content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, Microsoft Products, as well as multimedia editing software.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with multiple SMEs and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage small to moderately sized training and development projects.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM Requirements.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in learning technologies.
