Job Description
Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join their Engineering Enablement's Documentation and Training team. The successful candidate will design and develop interactive and impactful learning experiences using content authoring tools. They will collaborate with subject matter experts and other learning & development specialists to translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, and content development
- Advanced proficiency in using content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia editing software
