Job Description
Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their Corporate Synergies team in the Philly Metro Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering day-to-day service-related activities, and supporting sales, account management, and underwriting efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-5 years of prior practical account management experience
- State Specific Resident Life & Health License
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and responsive
- Ability to model financial implications from benefit programs
- Comfortable in negotiating with insurance carriers
- Ability to quickly learn new skills
