Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Specialist to join their Corporate Synergies team in the New York Metro Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing industry knowledge and skills to support sales, account management, and underwriting activities related to marketing, sales, and service of multiple client accounts.
Requirements
- Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems
- Support pre-renewal/renewal/post-renewal and wellness activities
- Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts
- Complete training/professional development
- Assist/support the Account Management and Underwriting Team
- Gather all necessary data to fulfill obligations
- Prepare and review employee education and communication materials
- Assist in the coordination of Open Enrollment activities
- Maintain internal systems and client files
- Perform necessary steps to help resolve client service or claim issues
- Interact with carriers and vendors
