Employee Benefits Account Specialist at Foundation Risk Partners in New York Metro Region, responsible for developing industry knowledge and supporting sales, account management, and underwriting teams with activities related to marketing, sales, and service of multiple client accounts.
Requirements
- Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems in accordance with CSG's standard protocols.
- Support various pre-renewal/renewal/post-renewal and wellness activities.
- Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts.
- Complete training/professional development to gain understanding of the industry and CSG.
- Gather necessary data to fulfill obligations and support the team with preparation, analysis, and delivery of materials.
- Complete assigned implementation tasks associated with client related projects.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Track receipt of deliverables and update the Annual Action Plan.
- Participate in client meetings/presentations.
- Prepare and review employee education and communication materials.
- Assist in the coordination of Open Enrollment activities.
- Maintain internal systems and client files in accordance with CSG's data standards and filing requirements.
- Perform necessary steps to help resolve client service or claim issues/inquiries and/or administrative concerns.
- Interact with carriers and vendors on behalf of the client and the team.
