Employee Benefits Account Specialist to build a strong foundation in employee benefits brokerage and consulting account management, with a focus on group benefits. The role is responsible for developing industry knowledge and essential skills to support the Sales and Account Management team in marketing, sales, and servicing a portfolio of client accounts.
Requirements
- Partner closely with the Senior Account Manager and assigned clients to deliver seamless service and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and internal systems in accordance with established protocols.
- Support preāimplementation, implementation, and postāimplementation activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with renewal marketing efforts and cost analyses for assigned clients.
- Coordinate data collection for reporting needs, including analytical and compliance-related deliverables.
