Stagiaire Suivi & Evaluation (Apprentissage) - Senegal

The Learning and Evaluation Intern will support the design, implementation, and management of systems and processes for learning and evaluation within the organization, working with project teams to ensure projects meet expected objectives and project results are measured with precision, reported, and used for learning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tracking and evaluation, impact evaluation, social and scientific research, or a similar field
• Degree required, master's degree in sciences or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys and focus groups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, good knowledge of statistical software desired
• English language proficiency, both written and spoken, an asset
