AI Architect

Seeking an AI Architect to define and guide the end-to-end architecture for AI solutions across Farming Solutions & Digital space. The role involves establishing the vision, strategy, and standards for scalable, secure, and responsible AI, partnering with architects, engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to translate business needs into practical, high-impact AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Act as a unifier across data science, platform, and software teams while owning the architecture and best practices for AI systems and solutions
• Define and communicate the AI architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders across FS&D and enterprise counterparts
• Establish and implement AI architecture principles, technical decision-making processes, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and engineering teams on designing, building, and operating AI services and platforms
• Identify, assess, and recommend emerging AI technologies to enhance capabilities and outcomes
• Design reference architectures for data ingestion, feature engineering, training, fine-tuning, inference/serving, monitoring, and feedback loops across cloud environments
• Partner with security, privacy, and legal to embed Responsible AI, governance, and compliance controls
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to align investments and accelerate delivery of AI use cases
