Production Technician

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at our Fremont, Iowa location. As a Production Technician, you will participate in harvest activities, perform various tasks associated with general plant, field and warehouse operations, and use automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.

Requirements

• One (1) year of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or related industry
• Knowledge or experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work
• General knowledge and/or experience with field and/or agriculture equipment (plows, tractor, forklift, etc.)
