- Tracking and reporting of department metrics
- Handles scheduling and monitoring of staff’s attendance
- Ensuring timely distribution of claims
- Responsible for human resources matters
- Ensures evaluations are completely on time
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance policies
