Requirements

• IOSH Managing Safely Qualified
• Management qualification and Certificate of Technical Competence
• Preferred experience of MRF operations or material sorting
• Budget and financial awareness
• Physically fit for the role
• A good team player
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in operating plant e.g. forklifts, loading shovels
• Prepared to work additional hours
