Business Manager Houston, TX

We are looking for a Business Manager in Sales for our Shop located in Houston, TX. The Sales Manager will manage the activities of the sales team and will be responsible for managing the profitability of the shop, increasing sales, and promoting the products in their area to achieve the commercial development of the business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Outside Sales experience
• 3+ years managing a team
• Good understanding of business KPIs and P&L
• Knowledge of CRM; Salesforce preferred
• SAP
• Negotiation skills
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Results oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Spanish is a plus, but not required
