Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or customer service roles in restaurants or hotels
• Excellent presence and communication skills
• High level of customer orientation and service vocation
• Capacity for organization, stress management, and multitasking
• Languages: English (high level required)
• Other languages (French, German, etc.) will be valued
• Management of booking tools will be valued
• Proactive, positive, and resolutive attitude
