Job Description
Mar MÃa is a casual chic restaurant in Madrid, looking for a Host/Hostess to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be able to manage reservations and provide excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Host/Hostess or customer service in restauration or premium environments (minimum 2 years)
- High level of Spanish and English; other languages will be valued
- Knowledge of reservation management tools (CoverManager, SevenRooms, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in high-activity moments
- Sensitivity to work in spaces where excellence and detail make the difference
- Elegant and natural presence, aligned with the casual chic concept
- Ability to maintain calm and smile even under pressure
