Job Description
We are seeking a trustworthy, highly-motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, courteous and efficient support for customers. The Support Analyst will be responsible for managing customer requests and providing effective customer service to the Vendormate user community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer support experience
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience working in a customer service/support environment
- Knowledge of CRM, case management or support tracking tool
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
