Job Description
The Director of SEC Reporting, Technical & Intercompany Accounting is responsible for the integrity, quality, and timeliness of the Company's external financial reporting, technical accounting conclusions, and statutory reporting activities. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and plays a critical role in supporting complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SEC reporting experience
- Experience leading enterprise-wide technical accounting analysis
