Job Description
The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will conduct compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary surveys to support competitive compensation structures, and support the administration of employee benefits programs. They will also perform benefit reconciliation audits and generate compensation and benefits reports to support HR decisions.
