Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our team at OnTheMarket. The successful candidate will have a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. They will be responsible for developing business growth, understanding OTM products, and building relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Development of business growth through sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM
- Understand the OTM suite of products and how they best support customer needs
- Identifying new sales leads and contacting potential new clients
- Meeting new and existing clients in person
- Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients
- Working with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results
