Director of Product Design

The Director of Product Design plays a critical role in translating strategy into experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and differentiation across Domain's product suite. This role ensures consistency and efficiency at scale, enabling faster delivery of new features while maintaining a cohesive brand and user experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, and 5 years in a related management role
• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a focus on managing user-centred designers and strategic thinking
• Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with design systems and contributing to the development and maintenance of a design system
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and methods to inform design decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision makers
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams of product designers
