Senior Product Manager, Lease Accounting

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Lease Accounting to join their CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease teams. The role is integral to delivering new features and capabilities that align with complex accounting standards and other accounting compliance needs.

Requirements

• Be the Lease Accounting Expert
• Stay updated on lease accounting rules established by domestic and international financial accounting governing bodies
• Document and share updated best practices internally and externally as needed
• Maintain Backlog
• Design Release-Ready functionality
• Quality Assurance & Acceptance Testing
• Ensure Adoption
• Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of direct experience in GAAP accounting, lease accounting, financial reporting, or compliance roles
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field or CPA and Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst experience specific to accounting or financial software
