Senior Analyst

Costello Medical is a rapidly growing global healthcare agency specializing in medical communications, market access and health economic and outcomes research. We are looking for Senior Analysts to join our Value and Access team, who will take a leading role across various scientific projects, use their expertise to deliver high-quality projects, and build client relationships. The role involves scientific writing, project management, and communication with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3)
• At least 2 years' professional experience in a consulting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, public sector or academic role
• Strong scientific writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of written accuracy
• Excellent proficiency in written English and arithmetic
• Excellent data presentation skills
• Experience in communicating directly with clients or key stakeholders
• Project management skills
• The ability to motivate colleagues and take a leadership role in the delivery of project components
• Experience in reviewing and providing constructive feedback on junior colleagues' work
