Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Value and Access team in New York or Boston. The successful candidate will have a leading role in various scientific projects, delivering high-quality projects and building client relationships. The role involves working closely with team leads, consultants, analysts, and project coordinators to ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a consulting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, public sector, or academic role where they analyzed and communicated health data. Strong scientific writing skills, attention to detail, and excellent data presentation skills are essential. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of $90,000 to $94,000, discretionary profit share bonus, and paid vacation leave.

Requirements

• Degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3)
• At least 2 years' professional experience in a consulting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, public sector, or academic role
• Strong scientific writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of written accuracy
• Excellent data presentation skills
• Sufficient technical and strategic knowledge to provide clients with recommendations on project content and approach
• Experience in communicating directly with clients or key stakeholders
• Project management skills to enable timely project delivery
• The ability to motivate colleagues and take a leadership role in the delivery of project components
• Experience in reviewing and providing constructive feedback on junior colleagues' work
