Senior Implementation Consultant

The Senior Implementation Consultant is a post-sales position that focuses on implementing Edifecs/Cotiviti solutions for individual clients. The Consultant will install, configure, and oversee the implementation of Edifecs/Cotiviti products at client sites, developing an implementation plan and collaborating with the Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager. Responsibilities include providing post-implementation support, training, and mentoring internal teams, as well as working with customers as a SME on purchased Edifecs/Cotiviti products and solutions.

Requirements

• Coordinate and communicate with the client post-sale
• Collaborate with the Edifecs/Cotiviti Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager
• Install, upgrade and configure Edifecs/Cotiviti products
• Integrate Edifecs/Cotiviti products with other software assets/processes
• Provide post-implementation support
• Provide software and client specific training
• Mentor and train internal teams
• Work with customer as a SME
• Manage or participate in the testing and release cycle tasks
• Create detailed user and operational documentation
• Deliver technical training at customer sites
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
