Senior Operations Engineer

The Senior Operations Engineer supports enterprise customers with post-implementation support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Edifecs Enrollment Management (ENR) products. This role involves proactive triage of technical and application-related issues, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's technology ecosystem. The position requires working in shifts and may involve on-call support.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end operations of Edifecs hosted or customer-hosted application instances.
• Provide L2, L3 level technical support to enterprise clients.
• Analyze application and database performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems.
• Reproduce customer issues in a test environment.
• Follow standard operational procedures.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience.
