Clinic Care Coordinator

Cottage Medical Group seeks a Clinic Care Coordinator for their CMG Cottage Surgical Clinic responsible for interacting with patients and visitors and managing administrative tasks for the medical team.

Requirements

• Receive phone calls, schedule patient appointments, explain intake forms and consent forms to new patients, and process payments
• Perform patient registration, check-in and check-out
• Transcribe patient referrals into the EMR system, index accompanying paperwork, and manage referral tasks
• Navigate patients through the referral process, obtain authorizations, and partner with other clinics for continuity of care
