Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Medical Management platform and client data operations. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position where you’ll identify and fix data issues, support system updates, and work with both internal teams and external partners to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in technical support, operations, or data-focused roles
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and SQL required
- Experience with R, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with EDI or file-based data processing is a plus
