Groundskeeper

Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Groundskeeper at Scott Mountain by the Brook Apartments in Southeast Portland, OR. The role involves maintaining the property grounds, completing general maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events
