Maintaining common areas of an apartment community, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. Requires an optimistic outlook, politeness, and courtesy towards residents. May involve vacuuming, window washing, dusting, trash removal, and other duties.

Requirements

• At least two months of experience as a MT1/Groundskeeper or a similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not required.
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills.
