Job Description
The MT1/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the common areas of the apartment community and ensuring they are clean and orderly. This role requires an optimistic outlook towards residents, being polite and courteous at all times.
Requirements
- At least two months of experience as a MT1/Groundskeeper or a similar position.
- High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not required.
- Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills.
