Maintenance Technician

Cottonwood Residential is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Orchards at Cherry Creek Park Apartments in Centennial, CO.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform repairs that may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry work related to household, building, and property grounds repairs.
