Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to be responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of an apartment community. The position requires availability for on-call emergencies and a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. The job involves fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues, preparing units for new residents, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 0-1 year of maintenance experience
