Maintenance Technician I

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform day-to-day and overall maintenance of the apartment community, with increasing responsibility and directing staff in the absence of the Service Manager or Supervisor. This is an on-site position that reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
