Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Call Center as an Account Resolution Specialist in Houston. This role focuses on delivering strong customer service during the legal collection process, resolving consumer accounts and communicating with management. The ideal candidate will be self-starting, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
