Job Description
The Council of Europe is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the implementation of the inclusiveness and accessibility agenda in the Youth for Democracy programme. The successful candidate will have experience in youth-related policy, advocacy, and project work, and a strong background in accessibility and inclusiveness related issues. The role requires excellent planning and coordination skills, as well as the ability to represent the Council of Europe in conferences and seminars.
Requirements
- Hold a higher education degree or qualification equivalent to a master's degree in a relevant field
- Have at least 3 years of relevant professional and/or voluntary experience in youth-related policy, advocacy, and project work/organisations
- Be a citizen of one of the member States of the Council of Europe
- Have a very good knowledge of one of the Council of Europe's two official languages (English) and be willing to learn the other once in post (French)
