Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and close top-tier talent as we scale Counsel Health's recruiting engine. The role involves full-cycle hiring across technical EPD roles and AI Research, strategic partnership with engineering leadership, process optimization, strategic sourcing, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a dedicated focus on technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, Product)
- Proven track record hiring AI Researchers and Machine Learning engineers within high-growth or AI-native environments
- Deep Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of engineering skill sets (Backend, Full-stack, ML/AI, Data Engineering, and DevOps)
- Process Orientation: Experience working within (and helping to optimize) scalable recruiting processes and metrics
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency with modern ATS systems (Ashby experience is a major plus), with a focus on data integrity and reporting
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven success in building and executing proactive outbound sourcing strategies for niche, senior, or highly specialized technical roles
