Clinical Supervisor

Counseling4Kids is a community mental health agency seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience supervising therapists and 2 years of experience in a community mental health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, experience with electronic health records, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical associates, licensed therapists, case managers, and/or practicum students
• Monitor and evaluate supervisees' clinical skills and decision making
• Ensure supervisees' documentation meets DMH and Medi-Cal/EPSDT requirements
• Evaluate and respond to supervisees' performance with timely feedback, quarterly evaluations, and disciplinary action(s)
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new Associates
• Provide training to new clinical associates, practicum students, case managers, and/or licensed therapists
• Provide coverage and backup for clinicians and colleagues as needed
